Born & raised in Michigan, Nate takes great pride in the values that shaped him: hard work, honesty, loyalty, & treating people with respect. Family has always been at the center of his life & that same mindset carries into the way he leads both personally & professionally. He has been happily married to his wife, Jaime, since 2012. Together, they are raising an incredible teenager & sharing their home with two large dogs & two cats. Whether they are kayaking, traveling, working on their home, gaming, relaxing around a bonfire, or enjoying a variety of delicious foods together, Nate values making memories & spending quality time with the people he loves most.

Professionally, Nate brings more than two decades of experience in sales & the home improvement industry with over 12 years in management & leadership roles. He is known for building strong relationships & creating motivated, customer-focused teams. Nate is passionate about teaching & coaching his team, helping each person grow into the best they can be. Throughout his career, he has helped drive significant business growth, including contributing to the expansion of a startup company to over $14 million in annual revenue. His leadership style is rooted in integrity, consistency, & a genuine passion for helping both customers & employees succeed.
